Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through open bidding to provide two member services for Dongyuan Kindergarten in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. Dongyuan Kindergarten has two branches, among which Dongchang Branch is located at No. 136 Dongyuan Village, Pudong New Area; The shopping mall is located at 1433 Shangcheng Road, Pudong New Area. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)

二、申請人的資格要求2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder(a)滿足《**采購法》**規定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目專門面向中小企業采購，**均不執行價格折扣優惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小**。
